請教老師幾個有關基於130和485同時遞的材料準備問題：
1. I-130: 是否需要提供beneficary的出生公證或護照的ID頁？130intr上沒有提到，但我看到有些人提供的參考材料清單上列出了這項。

a. 如果申請人的nonimmigrant visa(H1B)是兩年前取得的，是否還需要提供護照簽證頁的複印件？Instruction寫的是如果在一年內取得，需要提供。
-Provide the copy of visa which you used for your last entry no matter when you got it.
b. 是否需要提供國內辦的無罪公證？-No.
c. 是否需要附上certificate of marriage？-Yes.
Instruction上沒有提及。(在130裏麵已經包括)
c. 是否需要提供新舊護照的全部頁的複印件，-No. Only need the information copies of new passport.
所有在美期間取得的I-20, I-797(H1B), EAD, current I-94 (front and back)的複印件？Instruction上都沒有提及，但是好像所有的移民律師都要求提供。
-Provide the copies of these documents since your last entry. For example, if you visited China and came back in last month, you only need to provide the copies of the I-94 you got last month, H-1 visa and the H-1 approval notice.
3. G-1145: 是為I-130和I-485各附一份就好了，還是I-765和I-131也要附一份？
