還是要在國內的美國使館重新簽一次？-No visa needed for Canadian citizen. Just show your passport, your marriage certificate, your spouse' H-1 approval notice and his/her latest 3 months paycheck stubs to the CBP officer at the port of entry, and tell the officer that you need H-4 status to enter and stay in US when you return to US. Then, the officer will stamp your passport and that is all.
另外，如果要重新簽的話，需要帶些什麽材料回去？
