謝謝，我明白了， 我會建議新單位辦H1 transfer, 然後我withdraw H4 申請， 可是我第一個問題裏part 2 #4 表格上問的是 “ if the beneficiary is in the U.S. as a nonimmigrant and is applying to change his or her status, give the prior petition or application receipt #" 他問的是正在辦的 （還沒批的）， 那我還是不用填收我轉身份的收據號嗎？
