是否 滿足J1 short-term scholar less than 6 months的話，再轉回j2的時候就既不受 24-month bar的限製 也不受 2-year residence限製了（因為申請的是j2 而不是 H/L/K or immigrant lawful permanent resident）？？？
-Correct. Only affect the H/L visa or immigration visa application in your case because you were in J2 before. Ask the school to indicate in the DS2019 that your J-1 is "J-1 short-term scholar" and list what activities you will contact as J-1 short-term scholar there.
換句話說，理論上隻要是少於六個月的short-term scholar其實是不受任何之前的j visa (either J1 or J2)的影響，同時也不會影響之後的任何j visa (j1 or j2),是這樣嗎？
