回複：父母延期 問題

我在用ELIS係統申請父母的延期。

幾個問題請教一下：

1） 父母的簽證隻有Passport Stamp, 沒有I-94的那個白色紙條。這種情況，填表的時候問Arrival/Departure Record Number, 是不是需要到I-94網上去查I-94 number?

2） 上麵要求提供 Family Relationship (Marriage Certificate).
請問是要提供父母的結婚證書麽？是必須的麽？
-Yes if they want file the B2 extension together in one I-539 (pay one filing fee). Not need it if they file B2 extension application separately one person use one I-539, and two filing fees).

如果提供的話，需要國內翻譯然後公證麽-You can ask your friend to translate it.

3） 請問提前多長時間申請延期比較好？
-Had better do it in advance about one month before I-94 expires.
