另我先生2012的收入主要來自中國的薪水-好像算海外收入，沒有W2呀?怎麽辦呢?-Not need to provide what you don't have.
 

還有10歲的小孩～加國公民也要申請AP嗎?他沒有進出的問題呀～不需簽證的啊！
-Need AP. If use passport or B2 visa, the CBP may not allow him/her to enter US due to immigration intent, and also if CBP allow him/her to enter US in this case, the pending I-485 will be invalid.
