各位老師,

 

我綠卡批了, 但有一個問題, 就是當時律師交485 時, 不知怎麽把我的英文名做為我的MIDDLE

NAME 填上去了, 當時讓我去簽字, 我在產假中, 急急忙忙也沒注意到, (我的護照, 社安卡上都隻是我中文名的拚音), 後來我在EAD上發現此問題, 但考慮到不想節外生枝, 就沒要求改. 現在我該如何? 如我離開美國, 是否回影響我入境?
-Should not affect you to return, but you had better file I-90 to get the replacement with the correct name in case there is any trouble in the future. If  you need the card to travel or work during your I-90 pending, you just bring your passport, the copy of the green card and the I-90 filing receipt to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on your passport. This stamp has the same function as the physical green card.
