If you moved before within US and didn't notice INS, you are deportable right now. Most likely they won't notice that, but if they find out, you will be deport right away. This happened before. You better consult a lawyer for suggestion.

What I meant is that if you visit abroad temporarily and come back staying in the same address, you don't need to report.
