F2A綠卡申請配偶和2個孩子。130已批，NVC號碼已於7月底收到。昨天聽8老師建議，今天在南加州見了2位律師，2位的意見截然相反！1、要我們交485的律師說：加籍小孩入境沒有I-94，要再回去入境海關拿90天的白卡（~那肯定進不來了嘛！）才能在60天即九月底後交485。
-This lawyer comment is wrong. Canadian citizens do not have I-94 if using passport to enter US because they do not have a visa, but he/she can file I-485 without I-94. This is different from the people from the other countries such as British, Australia, who use their passport to enter US by using the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Canadian is special to US and their entering US without a visa does not belong to VWP, so they can file I-485. The people using VWP to enter US can not file I-485. I think this lawyer is confused between the difference of Canadian and the other people using VWP because both use passport to enter US without a visa.
2、要我們啟動加國移民美簽的律師認為：加國移民美簽，一家三口一次搞定簡單方便；因為2個孩子拿加國護照沒有簽證問題，妻子的加國居民綠卡10年美簽還有2年有效，不影響一家三口進出美國；同時立刻可以按NVC的繳費單繳費，不需再等到九月底（可能又陷入排期困擾）。
-This is a good choice because it is simple to your whole family (because your son is in Canada), especially NVC has processed your case there. If your son is in US, the better choice is all of you file I-485 in US.
一頭霧水，經過我和先生的緊急商量，還是決定采取第二種建議：一家三口采用同種方法~啟動境外移民簽證程序吧。但，現在的問題是：
1、加國的溫哥華能辦理美國移民簽證嗎？（130填的是如果我們不能在LA轉485，就回去溫哥華拿美簽；但有一說西岸不能辦移民簽，要飛到東部辦。真的嗎？）
-I don't know which US Consulate deal with immigration visa in Canada. You may check the website of US Embassy there and it should be easy to find it.
什麽時候需要交“無犯罪記錄”？麵簽之前嗎？
-You need to provide it when you get the interview. The US Consulate will contact you and tell you what kind of documents you need to provide for the visa interview.
2、現在我們可以依照NVC的案件號立刻繳費就進入了移民簽證程序，下一步還要做什麽呢？
-NVC will send you instructions after you pay the fee.
等P1，P2，P3？我的130綠卡配偶排期是2012年9月，再倒退一年多回去排期的概率不大吧？（現在已經啟動的，如果九月就有下一步結果了，是否不受排期限製啊？）
3、我和16歲的大孩子麵簽，12歲的小女不需要麵簽對嗎？
