給父親申請綠卡被推回，說485支票金額 $985
 

不對，但也沒說到底多少金額是對的，
-If he is < 79 years old, he needs to pay the Biometrics fee of $85 and I-485 filing of $985 = total: $1070 (issue one check).

By the way, he just needs to send the rejected original application packet back to USCIS with the correct payment, not need to prepare new application documents. Include the Rejection Notice (put it on the top of the application file).
