-Yes, but talk to NVC before you pay the fee and ask them whether it is OK only to pay the fee for your son. Tell NVC your spouse and daughter will file I-485 in US and ask them to stop processing their cases there. By the way, NVC will not process your son case until your spouse get the green card. If NVC don't agree only to process your son case there, you may need to file I-864 (I am not sure this because very few people do the way like you, so you may consult a lawyer in case it is messed up).

-That fee is for I-864. If you pay the visa fee for any one of your family members or all members for immigration visa application outside US, you need to pay the I-864 fee. If all of your family members file I-485 in US, there is not fee for I-864.

（即使最後485還沒有通過，也應該在3個月左右內給的對嗎？~因為130都已經批了，NVC的首頁的最後也說了：If the applicant intends to adjust status with U.S.C.I.S.,contact the NVC before taking further action or making any payments）說明可以在境內調整身份的吧？那我有了AP不就可以進出美國了吧，而且AP在有效期內可以多次往返的對嗎？-Yes for all.
