H1B extension approval notice剛收到，有效期從10月1號開始，原來的H1B有效期馬上要到期，到期日是9月30號。
要回國幾周，預計在原來的H1B有效期過期前三，四天回美國。現在在填160表，
請問各位老師，應該填現在有效的WAC號還是10月1號開始的？
