我幫我母親在美申請綠卡，可是等了10月還沒有下來，老人家呆不住了，身體又不好，想回國，所以想放棄綠卡了，我的問題是回去後我母親還可以用B2 再申請來美國嗎？多謝！
-If she leaves US now, it is difficult for her to get the B2 visa in the future due to immigration intent. My suggestion is that she had better use advance parole (AP) to travel to China and if she has been interviewed, and has conducted the biometrics, she just needs to come back before the AP expires. If she has no AP in hand and wants to leave US very soon, she may just go to the USCIS local office to see whether she can get the AP. At the same time, she can file I-131 to USCIS to get the regular AP if she can wait for a few months.
