我也是準備給我父母申請綠卡。所以借LZ的帖再詢問幾個問題。先拜謝。
我是公民，單身。我母親目前在美國，她今年7月1日探親簽證來的，計劃11月23日離開美國，飛機票已經購買，而且留我父親一人在中國這麽久也不放心。
我的問題是：
- 基於他們目前在兩個國家，您建議我是先給我母親申請，再替我父親申請？還是等下次他們都在美國再一起替他們申請？

我母親目前申請綠卡對我父親明年申請簽證有否不好的影響？ （我父親計劃明年與我母親一起來）
-It is very possible that your father's B2 visa application will be affected because it is difficult for him to prove his connection with China due to your mother immigration.
- 他們申請綠卡是否對我邀請姐姐來美簽證批準有影響？
-No.
-我是否需要等3個月即到10月1日再替她申請？-Yes.
- 您上麵建議她在美國等，可是我們計劃11月23日返回中國。如果10月1日遞交申請，我們返回中國對她的申請有什麽影響？
我應該什麽時候為她申請advance parole to travel to China？
-File I-131 together with I-485 filing.
advance parole 一般遞交後多久能批準？-About 3 months.
- 我母親拿到advance parole 回中國後，明年再來美國，還需要辦簽證嗎？-No.
還是直接買票就可以來了？-Yes.
-我需要替我母親及父親填哪些表格？有否先後順序？我看到大家提到I-485,I-130及I-864。我也到官網上看了下，對於我母親，鑒於她目前在美國，所以有one step process or two step process
-Send all the applications (I-130, I-485, etc.) together in one envelop.
