緊急求助：去年收到了140批件，但沒遞485就全家海龜了。如今LG從國內申請F1被拒簽，因為查到我申過綠卡。我理解的是沒遞485就不會影響到LG有啥移民傾向，但現在被拒簽，還有什麽補救辦法能讓LG簽過？我自己也在國內。謝謝！

Another choice is that you may try to find a job in US and then, apply for the H-1 visa.
