收到notice of potential interview waiver case是好事嗎?

各位老師,
美國公民給B2母親遞交國綠卡申請, 按兩次手印後 一個半月, (第一次手印沒過), 今天收到移民局的信, notice of potential interviwe waiver case.
一般應該是收到麵試通知. 現在這情況,是不是綠卡可能被拒絕?
