If you maintained H4 status when you used EAD, it shouldn't be a problem and still is in H4(if in this situation, consult a lawyer to confirm). If you have given up H4(for example when you hu*****and extended his H1, you didn't applied corresponding H4 again), you have to leave US as soon as possible and apply for H4 in China.
