老師們，
 

我計劃這兩天就提交申請了。提交之後，我知道我可以合法停留在美國，即使I-94過期了。請教一個駕照的問題。

我在德州，申請了駕照，因為看到我的簽證是有期限的，所以駕照的期限也同I-94的期限。現在，我因為提交130和485可以合法停留了，我怎麽樣可以把我的駕照期限也調整呢？
-File I-765 with the I-485 to get the EAD and then, use the EAD to renew the driver license. Renew the EAD before it expires (no filing fee).
