1＞昨天收到NVC case No.和繳費通知，妻女是在美國境內收到的，能走I-485嗎?
-Yes, but there is potential risk that USCIS may consider your wife and child have immigration intent before they entered US using B2 visa and thus, give trouble to their I-485 (this is just possibility). Also, if they file I-485, they need to have advance parole (AP) to travel outside US (file I-131 with I-485 filing to get the AP). Normally it takes about 3 months to get the AP after filing I-131.

2＞如果走USCIS的485，那要知會NVC嗎?
-Yes, just inform NVC to stop processing the case there in this case because they will file I-485 to adjust their status to permanent resident within US. No fee need to pay to NVC in this case.

3＞時間很急迫，130也批了，NVC的號碼和繳費通知也來了，依舊要等60天後才能提交485嗎?or8月是我排期當前就能提了?
-had better wait for a few months, but if waiting, probably the PD will not be current after August and thus they can not file I-485.
