我LG和我去年1月遞交的I485, PD7/18/2008,現在CURRENT,我們的H1B和H4將於9月底滿6年期. LG工作絕對穩定. 請問LG應該申請H1B延期,還是申請EAD卡. 非常感謝!
-Don't think he needs to extend his H-1 in this case, but he should have applied the EAD earlier because the EAD may not be approved within two months if he just applies for it now. If he does not file H-1 extension application and the EAD application is pending, then he needs to stop working when the H-1 expires and work again when the EAD application is approved.
