1-485 申請人幾年前被牽連在一個刑事案（因為剛好在犯罪現場），被逮捕，要大官司，後證實無罪。這樣情形要添Yes or No?  謝謝！
-Need to say "Yes" to that question and explain it in a separate piece of paper and provide the copy of the related court documents. Thus it will be fine.
