請問8老師，如果公民為兄弟姊妹申請了I-130的話，那麽
 

1）他們在排期的10幾年中還有辦法來美國旅遊探親嗎？I-130的申請是否會導致他們這10幾年都沒辦法來美國。
-The beneficial of the I-130 (兄弟姊妹) is considered to have immigration intent, but they still have the possibility to get the B1/B2 visa as long as they prove that they will return to China after the short visit. The US Consulate know the 排期 takes a long time to be current and also the beneficial will apply for the immigration visa in China, thus the VO will consider this kind of factors  for the visa approval. But need to tell the truth when applying for the B1/B2 visa.

2）列在I-130申請表中的我兄弟姊妹的家屬是否也有同樣的簽證困難，比如將來他們自己申請來美留學，會不會因為有移民傾向簽證遭拒絕。
