回複：請教8老師：父母在南京申請來美旅遊簽證，

材料交給中信去廣州美領館代辦，不料兩周後被退了回來，Note 上說：
1. 麵談。登錄http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn zh/cn-niv-221ginfo.asp 選擇此通知單背麵頁中任一的使領館

預約麵談時間。

我的問題是：他們以前幾次都是由中信代辦簽證的，從沒被退或拒過。除了第一次要去上海麵談，後來幾次都不用去的。父母都70 多了，能不去麵談最好。是政策變了嗎？免麵談的條件是什麽？
-Even if you meet the 免麵談的條件, sometimes the US Consulate may still ask you to be interviewed if they think they need to ask you some kind of question. It is very normal. So, just follow the instructions to make an appointment for the visa interview. Not big deal.

Note 上還說：
17.DHS extensions/change of status forms for time spent in the U.S. for you/your relative

國土安全部出具的延期批準/在美國境內關於您或您親屬轉換身份的表格我覺得這條不適用，父母從沒在這兒申請過轉換身份，但這條也被他們勾上了。是什麽意思呢？
-If they extended their B2 status in US during their previous visit(s), they need to provide the B2 extension receipt or/and approval notice (if any). If they had never extended their status, then just explain it to the VO during the interview.
