-It is possible there may be some trouble to enter US due to immigration intent (depends on how lucky). Also, if they enter US using B2 visa and file the I-485 immediately, there is potential trouble in I-485 approval because USCIS might think they have immigration intent before they enter US (of course it is just a guess and hard to say). Anyway, if they can enter US, I still suggest them to file I-485 and file I-824 together. If the I-485 is denied, then they just go back to their resident country to apply for the immigration visa.
