加國移民關於體檢問題

我和先生是今年三月份在美國遞交的加拿大申請,4月份受到檔案號.前幾天剛做了指紋,一直在等第二封信.因為家中有急事,已經買好下月回中國的機票.我現在的問題是,如果受到了第二封信要求做體檢,我是否可以在中國做(先生在美國做),過程複雜嗎?謝謝了
