1。Perm, 140, 485 批準都需要多長時間？？ 有朋友講EB2非別是Perm 半年到一年，140 半年到一年, 完了後要等排期（PD），這要等3到4年。而485批準則需要5年左右？？

2。EB1（B）類，這幾個表格需要多長時間？-EB1 has no 排期 for a long time and it seems it will has no 排期 continually.

3。EB2 的優先處理， 這幾個表格需要多長時間？-It doesn't need EB2 的優先處理 because EB2 排期 take a long time.

3。H1B隻能使用6年，一旦485 在H1B過期前交不上則前工盡棄？？ -You can extend your H-1 beyond the 6 year limit again and again as long as you have an approved I-140.
