我是加拿大人，TN VISA， 現在和美國公民結婚了，申請綠卡，因為TN快到期了，所以申請EAD

I-765 question 16" who may file I-765" category應該選哪個? (c) (17) (i)?
-Because your EAD is based on I-485, then put "(c)(9)()".


還有我老婆是US公民，但她是中國人，生在中國，就不需要她的出橫證明了吧，PASSPORT 和公民紙就OK了吧
