我朋友老公在中國。 前幾個月提交了I130了。 以她這種情況。8月份提交I485的話。
-The beneficial has to be in US physically to file I-485. If he/she is in US inn August, he/she can file I-485 and then, legally stay in US to wait for the green card.

效果大嗎。是一定沒排期。還是說有不一定。
 

麽是領事程序申請移民簽證？
-First the sponsor file I-130 to USCIS, then USCIS will forward the I-130 to NVC after they approve the I-130. Then, NVC will process the case for visa application in China and after that NVC will forward the case to the US Consulate in Guangzhou . Then, the US Consulate will contact the beneficial for the visa interview.
