LP是美綠卡，LG持TN在美工作。現在F2A都是current了，LP準備申請LG，有以下問題：
1，能否同時遞交130表和485表？
-Yes.
2，LG現在的TN 9月份到期，能否續期不知道，遞交485以後還能以TN繼續工作嗎？
-Only can work until the current TN ends in Sept, not more extension. File I-765 together with I-485 filing to apply for EAD to work. Also, file I-131 to apply for AP to travel outside US (if any).
3，遞交485以後，收到EAD（勞工卡）之前，如果TN到期，找不到別的工作失業了，是否就失去身份了？怎麽辦？
-Stop working until EAD approval, not affect anything.
4，遞交485以後，收到EAD之前，如果找到另一份工作，應該以什麽身份工作？-Can not work until getting the EAD.
