再請教老師關於I864

幫父母申請綠卡. 已經請教8老師很多問題.  
現在填864表.  考了下古, 又有幾個問題請教老師:

1. 是給父母各填一份嗎? 
2. Part 3, question 2, I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within 6 months of the principal immigrant...要填嗎？
3. Part 3, question 7, the total number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this form 是填1嗎？分別給爸媽?
4. Part 5，household size 填2？但是我+媽+爸是3個人, 兩份表都填2嗎? 
3. 我是contractor, 雇主證明信寫的是hourly rate, 該怎麽填annual income? 乘後估計一下嗎？
