本人持美國綠卡，想為母親申請b2簽證，因我是獨身子女，且母親為離異人士，請教各位簽證時需要特別注意哪些問題，應該提供哪些資料更有說服力？-Provide a detailed travel plan and justify she will return to China after the short visit. 

另外：1、提交的支持性文件，如房產、收入證明等，是否需要進行公證，是否需要翻譯成英文？
-Not need because the VO knows Chinese well enough.

2、是否需要提供婚姻證明；
-Not need because she divorced already.

3、是否需要提供無犯罪紀錄證明；
-No.

4、我是否需要發出邀請函，是否中英文，
-Yes. It is OK in Chinese for inviting your mother, but if you want to write another letter to the VO (optional), that needs to be in English.

是否一定要從美國寄出（因為我下個月打算回國）邀請函需要包括哪些內容？
-Not necessary.
