8 老師, 今天終於收到信了. 需要提交資料內容如下:
1) submit al supporting tax documentation (w-2s, 1099s, and all supporting tax schedules) submitted to the IRS from the petitioner/sponsor on form I-864,affidavit of support, from the most recent tax year.
我的問題是:
1) I-864 , 我才發現五月提交的表格在去年九月就過期了. 現在的版本是03/22/13的, 而且 No previous editions accepted., 請問需要補新版的表格嗎?
-Not need to submit a new I-864 if you have submitted it in May.
2)根據我們的收入的話, 擔保人(我先生)的收入足夠了, 五月份的表格我填了我們倆. 請問這次如果補新版表格的話怎麽填.-Not need any.
3)我們近三年都是聯合報稅的, 請問是不是把聯合報稅的表單寄走,還有各自的w2.
-Provide the copies of both your W2 and your spouse's W2 of 2012, tax return with the supporting tax schedules.
4)我發現我們沒有1099s, 這個是一定需要的嗎? 要在哪兒可以拿到.-Not need it if you don't have it.
5)請問這種情況需要請律師嗎?-No.
