想讓父母再次來美，今年一月（2013）填了DS-160然後找中信代簽，給的回複是要去北京麵簽。一年之內不需重新交費，也不需預約。可以直接去麵簽。問題是聽說3月DS-160填表有了新的規定，那麽我現在想讓父母7月去麵簽還需不需重新填DS-160?
