回複：持J1簽證的跟公民結婚還要回國呆兩年嗎？

請問8老師，皮匠，或其他大俠：
 

我的一個朋友最近剛和美國公民結婚，她的J1簽證到期了，已經回國。請問她是否要在國內呆兩年才能出來，還是可以直接叫她老公給她辦綠卡很快就可以出來？

-Yes. But her spouse can file I-130 for her first (this process may take about one year), and then she can apply for the immigration visa in China after she stays in China for two years.
