回複：母親辦綠卡問題請較各位老師

1. 我是公民，母親B2 簽證第一次到美國，可以辦綠卡嗎？
-Yes.
 

2. 我的出生公證是2000 年辦的，可以用嗎？
-Yes.

3. 如果I 130 和485 同時遞交的話，是不是收到收據就是合法等待了？
-Not need to get the receipt and as long as USCIS receives the I-485 application, they can stay in US legally (e.g. 3 to 4 days after mailing it out using Express).

一般遞交以後多久可以收到收據呢？
-Two to three weeks, normally.
 

4. 如果我幫母親填485 表，簽名的地方是選哪一種呢？

 

a. 母親自己簽字（她不懂英文)-Yes, she must sign it by herself. Chinese name normally is 漢語拚音, so it should not be difficult to write the name.
 

b. through interpreter-You sign this part.
 

c. Preparer 簽字-You. sign this part also.
