本人在遞140時,選了CP.  現排期將到(還有幾個月), 收到NVC付款通知.
請問老師:  付款後, 待到排期真的到時, 還能選485嗎?
-Yes, you can file I-485 if you are physically present in US when your PD is current.

如能選485,現付的CP處理費, 能退嗎?
-No.
