我的孩子在澳洲，我這裏已批了綠卡，包括他。
現需辦移民簽證來美。

我的問題是，他可以免簽來美訪問3月，能否先來了後在這裏要綠卡。
-No. He needs to get a non-immigration visa from the US Consulate there to enter US, then he can be qualified for I-485 filing to get the green card. Otherwise, he needs to apply for the immigration visa there to enter US to become a green card holder.
