question on EB2 and EB3, thanks in advance!!

Hi Friends,
I got my approved EB3 I-140 in late 2008 and also got approved EB2 I-140 in May this year, but I have two different title on these two applications. Now PD is current on my EB3 not on EB2, can I file I485 under EB3? Since my EB2 title is a little bit higher than EB3 title, if I file under EB3, is there any issue?
