8老師好，我是H1B visa，孩子們4歲半，因為年齡小，他們的H4是我老公給申請的（ I-797上的申請人是孩子爸爸，孩子是受益人）, 如今我老公轉換成TN，請問孩子們的身份需要轉嗎？
-Yes, your child need renew their H-4 based on your H-1 status or change H-4 to TD. They can go to the US-Canadian border to get the H4 I-94 or TD I-94 if they are Canadian citizen. Otherwise , they need to go to their home country to get the H-4 visa or TD visa to come back because their H-4 has been invalid due to their father status change to TN.

8老師好，謝謝你的回複，我想可能我上次沒有說清楚情況，想再次和你確認一下。
當時我拿到H1B的同時，LG和孩子們一起申請的H4,是基於我的H1B 和employment (孩子們的797表上麵寫的基於another alien's employment), 隻是當時是LG代替孩子們申請的。
現在他的情況變成了TN，而我依然是同樣的H1B, 那孩子們的H4是不是依然跟隨我有效啊？
