我今年九月就過了21歲，現在用H4讀社區大學，過了21歲按法律我必須轉成F1,但我學校的F1秋季學期申請截至日前已過，每人處理我的申請，發了幾個Email都沒有回應，拿不到I-20我就無法申請身份轉變，我該怎麽辦？還有什麽方式可以盡快拿到I-20？
現在雖然還不到秋季開學時間，但大部分學校國際學生申請已結束，
