請教各位老師: 父母有綠卡，但是4年前回國後，由於意想不到的原因，未能在一年內返美，現想父母再來美，他們的綠卡還能用嗎？

-No. Their green card have been void.


如果他們的綠卡已過期，還有其他途經來美嗎？

-Because their overstay in China is too long, it is difficult for them to get  the SB-1 visa. So, they may just go to the US Consulate to abandon their green card, and then apply for the B2 visa to enter US. If they want to get the green card again, you may sponsor them all over again.
