給父母辦綠卡，懇請老師們幫我過目清單！

Form I-130 部分

1. Completed Form I-130 and Form G1145.
2. Check of US$420 payable to the “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”.
3. My Notarized Birth Certificate .
4. My parents’ Notarized Marriage Certificate. (For father only)
5. Copy of my Naturalization/Citizen Certificate.
6. Copy of my U.S. Passport.

Form I-485 部分

1. Completed Form I-485.
2. Check of US$1070 ($985 for Form I-485, $85 for Biometrics) payable to the “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”.
3. Notarized Birth Certificate.
4. Copy of new and old Passport (including all non blank pages).
5. Copy of I-94 card (both sides).
6. 2 Photographs.
7. Completed Form I-693 in sealed envelope.
8. Completed Form G-325A.
9. Completed Form I-864 with supported documents provided by sponsor:

• Employee status and income verification letter.
• 2012 Tax return form 1040.
• W-2 forms of 2012, 2011, and 2010.
• Paychecks in the recent 6 months.

 老師幫我看看是不是全麵了，萬分感謝！！

另外還有幾個小問題，我會把 I-130 部分的申請和 I-485 部分的申請放在一個信封裏（父親一個信封，母親一個信封），然後兩個信封放一個package裏寄出。

1，這樣可以嗎？

2，每個信封上需要注明什麽？需要按照正規寄信的格式書寫嗎？
