是去原居住地的派出所嗎？因我出國已有二十年，戶口早以吊銷了，去出生的醫院?醫院已搬牽。請過來人指點！
-Just talk to the 派出所 or 街道委員會 to issue a the 證明, then go to do the 公證. In China, everything is possible, so just try.
