可能8老師沒有理解我的意思。 您是指我 extend TN，然後 file H1B。但是我的TN 是在4月15號 extend，H1B是在 4月 1號就開始遞申請阿。
-You can extend your TN and file H-1 petition at the same time, not affect each other. Then you can work with TN until Oct. 1, then work with H-1.
申請 H1B 需要勞工的perm，

沒有很多的case支持 FILE I-140會 不影響 TN EXTEND，很多TN簽證的人還是先拿 H1B再GC，是很多人還不懂還是擔心TN extend 被拒？
