回複：急問AP 回國的問題

我老婆和孩子去年4月用H4簽證過來，去年5月獲得AP，AP是今年6月過期。過期前（今年4月）郵寄相關資料renew。但至今沒有renew好，仍在initial review中。他們準備今年6月回國，在他們回國前拿不到renew 的AP。

不知道我能否講renew好的AP給他們郵寄回國，讓他們拿AP入關？這樣可行否？

-No. They have to have the new AP approval before they leave US. They may go to the USCIS local office to see whether they can get the emergency AP.

我老婆孩子不能用我的H4了，因為我剛剛用的EAD換了工作。

在這種情況下，如果他們不能用郵寄的renew AP 入關，他們還能怎樣才能再回到美國？
