再請教8 老師， my H1B (I-797) will expire in three months and now I am AOS staus becase of once using AP. IF I ask for an extention of my H1B,  and send the new copy of I-797 to my wife in China; I wonder if she can use it to apply for a H4 visa without my going back to china?
 
-Yes, but she only can apply for the H-4 after your new H-1 approval is effective (after your current H-1 I-94 expires three months later).

In other word, I don't need to 激活H1B by going back to china, while my wife can apply H4 visa in china? -Correct.
