家裏有急事, 急需回國幾周. 我的485 剛交. AP 和 EAD 都還沒有收到. 請問這種情況下, 我是回去後簽H-1呢, 還是等AP 下來.

-It is fine to get the H-1 visa to come back or go to the USCIS local office to get the emergency AP for the travel.

現在一般地說 AP 多久能下來啊?  非常著急, 謝謝各位老師了!
