多謝8老師的及時回複。我還有個問題想請教一下。因為我弟弟現在正在申請秋季到美國來上中學，他已經剛被拒簽一次了，還打算再簽兩次。我想問如果他到這邊來學生簽證，我還能同時給他辦綠卡嗎？。

-If he can get the B2 visa to enter US, he can change B2 status to F-1 status within US. Then, you can file I-130 for him, but he had better not leave US in this case, otherwise he can not get the F-1 or B2 visa outside US. He has to keep his status valid until he can file I-485. If 身份被黑, he can not get the green card.
