what certificates are needed for greencard application for mom

To apply Greencard for my mom, I have the following notarized certificates for I130 and I485 concurrent filing:

1. my birth certificate;
2. mom's birth certificate;
3. mom no criminal record certificate.

Are these enough? Thanks a lot.
