但當時公司給大家講的是merger,現在知道其實是賣掉了。新的公司隻take over 現任公司的assets, 不take over liabilities.
-Not different to your H-1 or I-140 no matter it is sold or merged.

 

就這個事情跟現在公司的律師談了談，現在還是現任公司在幫我弄ｈ１和綠卡的事情。據他說ｈ１要Amend, 跟new application差不多，說要等月底收購完成才能做這些，另外還說這不妨礙我下月開始拿新公司的支票。。。。

-Actually not need to do anything for the H1 and just work and get paid. Then, just renew your H-1 before your current H1 expires. But if the company will pay the H-1 fee, just get the new H1. If you will pay the fee, do nothing. But the new company need to file I-140 amendment or file a new I-140 (you can use the old I-140 PD for the new I-140 PD in this case).

 

非常的迷惑。。。不太敢相信現在的公司了。懇請解惑！
